Funny name, serious business
We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $11.22 million AUD (roughly $7.5 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we hope to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the role
We’re growing fast, and so is our need for scalable tech environments to support our team while they continue to do incredible work around the world. As we find more moments of collaboration and productivity in our global virtual world, we’ll be able to find more ways to meaningfully connect, and achieve our mission together.
Reporting to our Head of Systems Operations & Transformation, in the shiny new role of Integrations & Data Specialist, you’ll play a key role in leading our day-to-day essential operations, administration and management of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, integrations, and the data that flows across systems. You won’t stop there though… by designing and overseeing the pipeline of change and optimisation efforts of the ERP and its connections, you’ll continue making our systems and our way of working even better and more efficient.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in
- Led development discussions of our integrations with our project team and worked with our key partners to unblock any integration issues
- Validated and reviewed the system integration testing scenarios and double-checked the data setup across systems
- Worked with the team to drive a clear path to our phased approach to go-live, and detailed the daily tasks across functional and technical teams around all systems that will be in place
- Levelled up in Boomi by doing their Jumpstart Training

You’re an ERP expert & troubleshooter
You’re excited to share your experience in all things ERP and are happy to be the go-to when it comes to the associated data, integrations, and APIs. If anything goes wrong, you’re right there to lead in diagnosing problems & troubleshooting solutions as needed.
You can strike the delicate balance between quality and quantity
When it comes to the system you're about to manage and the new features you're about to design to integrate you can differentiate between the must have and nice to have as well as the roll out sequence. You deliver solutions that have both a high-level of accuracy and scalability. When it comes to data the larger the volume, the better - you can dive into this with accuracy and precision, developing validation processes to ensure that solutions account for all use cases and system complexities.
You keep projects moving, big or small
You’re able to quickly understand business needs, goals and objectives, and are able to prioritise and align our pipeline of work. If the new feature you’re thinking about sending live won't be met with a wall of gifs and emojis from the team you’ll be the first to encourage realignment with your stakeholders and work through solutions that are the perfect blend of technical and business need.
You’re a trusted cross-functional partner
You’re on the move meeting with teams to augment aspects of our ERP and Data network in a way that delights your team and anyone you partner with. Along the way, you stay in close contact, invite people to test and collaborate and send better and better new iterations of the ERP into the world.
